When a connection request matches the name of a referred patient, connection requests will be approved and you will gain access to the online booking system and communication portal. If you have been referred and have any questions about this process or prefer to book by phone, please don't hesitate to call the office number shared by your referring provider or organization. The portal does not allow for outgoing communication to patients that have not been referred, so unfortunately we are unable to reply to connection requests from people who have not been referred. So please do not send a connection request unless you have been told to do so by your referring provider.
